Reiki – First Degree

Learn this ancient healing art that facilitates health on all levels (body, mind, & spirit). Many find Reiki to be a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation as well. In this class you will be attuned to Reiki and trained to practice Reiki for your self, loved ones, animals and plants.

Includes an introduction to Usui Reiki, first degree Reiki attunements, basic skills for doing energy work, how to treat yourself & loved ones, hand positions for balancing the chakras, organs & endocrines, and a Certificate of Completion from the Vermont Center for Energy Medicine. Materials are included.

Deepen your understanding of Reiki as you learn to apply this healing energy in new ways. Become attuned to the sacred Reiki symbols and discover their uses. Learn more advanced energy techniques, such as how to transmit Reiki at a distance. Learn the Reiki treatment sequence for working as a practitioner (pre-, during & post-session). Receive a Certificate of Completion from the Vermont Center for Energy Medicine. Materials are included.

Energy Medicine Practitioner Training:  Foundations Program

The Energy Medicine Practitioner Training program is a one-year program designed to provide participants with a foundational education in the field of energy medicine. Applicants include those interested in personal growth as well as those training to be energy medicine practitioners.  Students will explore energy medicine theory, concepts, and traditions. Participants will learn the anatomy, physiology and psychology of the human energy system, as well as develop basic skills and techniques for doing energy balancing for oneself and with others.

The foundations program meets one Saturday per month. The next training begins September 2012. Application packets are now available. Class size is limited, so you are encouraged to apply early. Energy Medicine Practitioner Training: Advanced Program

Graduates of the foundational program may apply to the advanced practitioner training. This two-year program is intended for serious students in the field of energy medicine. The focus will be on developing the healer within in order to support others on the healing journey. Participants will learn advanced energy work skills and techniques, fine-tune intuitive abilities, practice energy assessment skills, and develop business and clinical skills.

Application packets for 2012-2013 advanced program will be available in May 2012.
